LUCIA MARTINS COELHO BARBOSA
Lives and works in Campo Grande / MS. She graduated in History at the United Catholic University of Mato Grosso (FUCMAT). Post-graduation in Communication Image and Sound by the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). For more than 41 years she has been working in the field of plastic arts in Campo Grande, and has shown her works in Portugal, Italy, France, USA, Japan and Paraguay. With the Peretá project ("Path" in Tupi Guarani) she exhibited indigenous graphics and installations in 4 Brazilian capitals - Brasilia, Goiânia, São Paulo and Campo Grande. Having received awards, the artist continues exposing her work in conferences and personally. In 2016 she created the Ateliê Múltiplo where she develops projects with research artists, including gastronomy, somatic education, dance, yoga and audiovisual. Faithful to her mission as an art worker.
